Micro Focus International plc was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Newbury, the United Kingdom.

Micro Focus International plc Announces Net Debt Result at the End of April 30, 2015; Re-Affirms Earnings Guidance for the Full Year Ended April 30, 2015

Micro Focus International plc announced net debt result at the end of April 30, 2015. The net debt for the group as at April 30, 2015 was $1,404 million reflecting good cash collection in the final quarter of the financial year compared to $1,510 million at the end of January 31, 2015. The company re-affirmed earnings guidance for the full year ended April 30, 2015. At the interim results presentation in December 2014, management provided guidance of combined pro-forma full year revenues of $1,330 million and combined pro-forma full year underlying adjusted EBITDA of $500 million, based on the exchange rates then prevailing. The board is pleased to reconfirm that the group expects to report revenues and underlying adjusted EBITDA comfortably in line with this guidance on a constant currency basis. The TAG merger was completed on 20 November 2014 and so Micro Focus's reported results will include the operating performance of TAG for the period from 20 November 2014 to 30 April 2015. The group expects to report revenues of $835 million and at least $345 million of underlying adjusted EBITDA.

Micro Focus International plc revised earnings guidance for the full year of 2015. For the year, if this spot exchange rate was used to restate the pro-forma full year numbers on a constant currency basis then pro-forma full year revenues would reduce from $1,330 million to $1,240 million and Underlying Adjusted EBITDA would reduce to $470 million from $500 million.
