In addition, it provides private banking, Internet and mobile banking, wealth and cash management, agent and administrator, investment management, business succession planning, trust and estate planning, and brokerage and insurance services, as well as retirement plans. As of December 31, 2013, the company operated 32 offices in Contra Costa, Alameda, San Francisco, Marin, Napa, Placer, Sacramento, and El Dorado counties. Mechanics Bank was founded in 1905 and is headquartered in Richmond, California.

Mr. Callegari brings over 30 years of experience in commercial banking to the Mechanics Bank Napa Valley team, including 15 years in the Napa Valley itself. Mr. Callegari is also a former three-term Mayor for the City of Calistoga. Michael Mulligan, Vice President, Real Estate Industries Group. Michael joins Mechanics Bank with management experience in commercial and multi-family real estate loans and equity investments, and transactions for large banks and small companies, public and private throughout the Bay Area and western United States.
