Douglas Attracts Takeover Interest And Might Also Look For IPO

Advent International Corporation has attracted strategic buyers and private equity groups like LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA (ENXTPA:MC), CVS Pharmacy, Inc., CVC Capital Partners Limited, KKR & Co. L.P. (NYSE:KKR) for its Douglas Holding AG, as per two sources familiar with the matter. Advent and the Kreke family plan to decide within days whether to concentrate on IPO preparations or to launch an official sales process. The IPO is so far seen as the favored option," one of the sources said. JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs are organizing the divestment process and a deal may be done after the summer break, the sources said. The buyout groups and LVMH declined to comment, while CVS was not immediately available for comment.

At the AGM of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton held on April 16, 2015, the shareholders approved the payment of a dividend for financial year 2014 of EUR 3.20 per share. Taking into account the EUR 1.25 paid on December 4, 2014, the balance of EUR 1.95 will be paid on April 23, 2015. The last trading day with dividend rights is April 20, 2015.
