It also operates Channel 31, a television network in Kazakhstan; CTC Love, a Russian television channel; and Videomore, a social TV network and interactive internet video platform that provides free access to licensed video content from company’s Russian channels. In addition, the company engages in the sale of programming and sublicensing of programming content; and operation of, an online resource portal that gives access to video content and Domashny's extensive program library, as well as articles and advices. Further, it offers a mobile game based on its Molodezhka TV series. Additionally, the company operates Sweet me, an online shop; international versions of the CTC-International and Peretz channels; and,, and portal Web portals, which provide digital and transmedia content. CTC Media, Inc. Announces Partnership with KidZania

CTC Media Inc. has reached an agreement for the future partnership with KidZania. The kids-focused theme park will open in Moscow in autumn 2015. KidZania Moscow will be the 20th KidZania to open globally and will become the most innovative of the currently operating entertainment centres. KidZania park is a city built by adults for kids. Each facility allows children to study, work in adult jobs, earn kidZos (KidZania's currency) and also have fun spending the money they have earned. Every KidZania is themed as a replica of a real city, including theatres, shops, stadiums, and banks branded by real companies, where kids can explore the real life of their parents. Under the partnership agreement with KidZania, CTC Media will equip the Moscow park with a TV studio, where children will have an opportunity to try out a variety of TV professions. The TV studio will offer various activities: quiz TV shows with kids competing against each other in front of an audience of parents or other children; entertainment and lifestyle news – coverage of the most interesting activities that will take place in other professional environments – i.e. at the theatre, restaurant, or at the stadium. Children will team up with a presenter and a mobile operator+correspondent crew to give the audience the highlights of the latest park's news.

CTC Media, Inc Announces Board Appointments

CTC Media Inc. announced the appointment of Natasha Tsukanova and Kaj Gradevik to the CTC Media Board of Directors. Ms. Tsukanova has been appointed Co-Chairman of the Board. Ms. Tsukanova and Mr. Gradevik have been designated by MTG Russia, the Company's large stockholder, to replace Jargen Madsen Lindemann and Mathias Hermansson. MTG Russia has a right under the Company's stockholders' agreement to designate three of the nine members of the Board and one of the Co-Chairmen. Irina Gofman continues to serve as MTG Russia's third designee on the Board.
