Lighting Science Group Corporation designs, develops, manufactures, and markets general illumination products that use light emitting diodes (LEDs) as their light source for retailers and original equipment manufacturers. The company offers a range of LED retrofit lamps to fit into existing light fixtures as replacements for traditional incandescent, compact fluorescent, and halogen lamps; and biological lighting solutions, which include Good Night and Awake & Alert replacement lamps, MyNature Coastal lamps and outdoor luminaires, and MyNature Grow lighting lamps and high bay luminaires. It also provides LED luminaires that comprise Roadmaster and PROLIFIC series roadway luminaires; C2D LowBay and BayLight luminaires for use in parking garages; and the Forefront Wall Pack luminaires for use in area, pathway, and security lighting applications. The company offers its products to government-owned and private infrastructure, school and university, retail and hospitality, and residential and office markets. Lighting Science Group Corporation markets its products through branded and co-branded private label programs, direct sales force, distributors, and independent sales agents in the United States and internationally. The company was incorporated in 1988 and is headquartered in Satellite Beach, Florida.

The Vintage Filament Series feature LEDs created to look like traditional, incandescent lamps emitting a warm, omnidirectional light. This artistic and inventive form creates a warm, balanced light inside a durable housing. In this initial launch, Lighting Science is issuing two new designs, the much-desired A19 lamp and a decorative candelabra lamp, available in both a flame and blunt tip. More styles will be added in the coming weeks.
