Atrium Ljungberg AB (publ.) reported earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2014. Net sales were totaled SEK 2,311 million against SEK 2,362 million of which rental income increased to SEK 1,981 million against SEK 1,956 million a year ago. The operating surplus from property management increased to SEK 1,344.6 million against SEK 1,297.3 million a year ago. The profit before changes in value increased to SEK 843.5 million against SEK 829.0 million a year ago. The net profit for the year totaled SEK 645.2 million or SEK 4.89 per share against SEK 1,108.3 million SEK 8.52 per share a year ago. The 2015 profit forecast before changes in value and tax is SEK 920 million.

Atrium Ljungberg AB (publ.) announced earnings results for the half year ended September 30, 2014. For the period, the company reported net sales of SEK 1,714 million compared to SEK 1,752 million a year ago, of which rental income increased to SEK 1,481 million compared to SEK 1,445 m million for the same period year ago. The operating surplus from property management increased to SEK 1,019.5 million compared to SEK 959.4 million for the same period year ago. Profit before changes in value increased to SEK 652.4 million compared to SEK 616.2 million for the same period year ago. Unrealised changes in the value of properties amounted to SEK 426.1 million compared to SEK 41.5 million for the same period year ago. Net profit for the period totaled SEK 370.3 million compared to SEK 855.7 million for the same period year ago. Net profit per share was SEK 2.81 compared to SEK 6.57 for the same period year ago. The 2014 profit forecast before changes in value and tax is unchanged at SEK 815 million.
