Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited, a multidimensional engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracting company, operates in the power transmission, infrastructure, and asset creation fields in India and internationally. It operates through two segments, Transmission & Distribution, and Infrastructure EPC. The company is engaged in the provision of design, fabrication, project execution, and commissioning services for power transmission projects; and export of towers to approximately 18 countries, including Australia, the United States, Latin America, and Canada. It is also involved in the development, supply, installation, and commissioning of power distribution infrastructure; generation of renewable power through its 2 biomass plants with a capacity of approximately 7.8 MW in the Ganganagar district and 8 MW in Tonk district of Rajasthan; construction of power plants; and development of road projects. In addition, the company is engaged in the provision of EPC contracting works for the oil and gas infrastructure projects; project management, design, supply chain management, and execution of railway projects; civil and structural works for factories and buildings, roads and bridges, power plants, water pipelines, and rail and metro infrastructure projects; designing, financing, constructing, commissioning, operating, and maintaining power transmission systems; and real estate activities. Further, it operates and manages owned and leased warehouses; and offers agri-logistics services, such as storage and preservation, weighing facilities, testing and certification, fumigation and pest management, collateral management for commodity funding, and commodity procurement services, as well as involved in the disposal of agricultural produce. Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited was incorporated in 1981 and is based in Mumbai, India.

Supply and erection package of 765 KC D/C Hyderabad GIS - Wardha station transmission line (Part III) worth INR 1,840 million from PGCIL. Supply package of 765 KV D/C Jabalpur - Orai transmission line worth around INR 1,250 million from PGCIl and two railways orders in JV from Central Organization for Railway Electrification (CORE) worth around INR 1,000 million.
