Koon Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, provides infrastructure and civil engineering services in Singapore. It operates through Construction, Precast, Property, and Electric Power Generation segments. The company provides contracting services for civil and drainage engineering, building, shore protection, and marine and foundation works; and construction services related to land reclamation, roads, and bridges. It also engages in the rental of construction and civil engineering machinery and equipment; and property development activities. In addition, the company manufactures and markets precast products, such as prestressed and precast beams and columns, reinforced concrete and concrete piles, refuse chutes, staircase flights, parapets, viaducts, hollow walls, integrated panels, architectural facade wall panels and external walls, volumetric components, and tunnel segments. Further, it owns and operates a total of four diesel power plants with capacity of 9.9 MW in Western Australia. The company was founded in 1975 and is based in Singapore.
