KB Home Announces Opening of Lynbrook at the Preserve in Chino

KB Home announced the opening of Lynbrook at The Preserve, the builder’s latest new home community within the popular Chino master plan. Following the sell-out success of its previous neighborhoods within The Preserve, KB Home plans to construct a total of 114 homes at Lynbrook. Lynbrook is located within The Preserve at Chino. Lynbrook will be served by well-regarded schools, as The Preserve is home to the Cal Aero Preserve Academy, a kindergarten through eighth grade California Distinguished School that includes science and technology labs, music rooms, and a 6,000 square foot library. High school students attend the highly-rated Chino Hills High School, part of the Chino Valley Unified School District. Lynbrook residents will have access to The Preserve’s many amenities, including The Parkhouse, a 15,000 square foot private recreation area at the heart of The Preserve that boasts a 2,600 square foot gym, movie theatre, ballroom, junior Olympic-sized pool, two spas, and outdoor attractions such as tennis courts, barbecue areas and a large open space. KB Home’s Lynbrook at The Preserve is also convenient to major employment centers throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino counties, with easy access to Highways 71, 15, 91 and 60. The seven two-story floor plans available at Lynbrook range in size from 1,610 to 2,241 square feet, and can include as many as four bedrooms and three baths. Priced from the mid-$400,000s, these thoughtfully-designed homes feature expansive great rooms, built-in storage solutions and spacious loft areas.

KB Home Announces the Opening of Orchard Park in Winter Garden

KB Home announced the grand opening of its Orchard Park community in Winter Garden. Homebuyers will have the opportunity to live in an ideally located neighborhood, close to shopping and entertainment, as well as major transportation and employment corridors. Orchard Park is located less than seven miles from Historic Downtown Winter Garden with easy access to several main thoroughfares and highways, including Florida’s Turnpike and SR 429. The community is also a 10 minute drive to the Disney World Resort Area and a 25 minute drive to Downtown Orlando. In addition, Orchard Park residents can enjoy abundant shopping and entertainment at nearby Universal Studios, Mall at Millennia, Orange County Convention Center and Winter Garden Village at Fowler Groves, an open air mall featuring a Target Superstore, Best Buy, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Sports Authority, PetSmart, Havertys and Bed, Bath and Beyond. KB Home Opens the Cottages, the Reserve and the Retreat at Vineyard Crossing

KB Home announced the grand opening of The Cottages, The Reserve and The Retreat at Vineyard Crossing. Located near Interstate 580 and directly across the street from an ACE train station, Vineyard Crossing is a commuter-friendly community offering convenience to major employers, historic downtown Livermore, and premier shopping and dining. KB Home is introducing three communities at Vineyard Crossing "The Cottages, The Reserve and The Retreat "featuring a diverse mix of home designs and desirable price points tailored to appeal to a discerning clientele: The Cottages: The single-family, courtyard-style homes range in size from 1,640 to 2,079 square feet, with up to four bedrooms, three baths and two-car garages. Pricing begins in the high-$600,000s. The Reserve: The two-story floor plans available range in size from 1,973 to 2,270 square feet, with up to five bedrooms and three baths. Pricing begins in the high-$700,000s. The Retreat: Homebuyers have their choice of three, two-story floor plans that can be built with up to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, priced from the low-$600,000s. All KB homes also include a number of water-saving features to help reduce use and save money. The standard water-efficient features included in every KB home, including those at Vineyard Crossing, such as WaterSense® labeled faucets, toilets, and showerheads, can result in estimated savings of up to 30,000 gallons of water and $300 in utility bills annually when compared to a home without these features.
