KB Home Opens the Cottages, the Reserve and the Retreat at Vineyard Crossing

KB Home announced the grand opening of The Cottages, The Reserve and The Retreat at Vineyard Crossing. Located near Interstate 580 and directly across the street from an ACE train station, Vineyard Crossing is a commuter-friendly community offering convenience to major employers, historic downtown Livermore, and premier shopping and dining. KB Home is introducing three communities at Vineyard Crossing "The Cottages, The Reserve and The Retreat "featuring a diverse mix of home designs and desirable price points tailored to appeal to a discerning clientele: The Cottages: The single-family, courtyard-style homes range in size from 1,640 to 2,079 square feet, with up to four bedrooms, three baths and two-car garages. Pricing begins in the high-$600,000s. The Reserve: The two-story floor plans available range in size from 1,973 to 2,270 square feet, with up to five bedrooms and three baths. Pricing begins in the high-$700,000s. The Retreat: Homebuyers have their choice of three, two-story floor plans that can be built with up to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, priced from the low-$600,000s. All KB homes also include a number of water-saving features to help reduce use and save money. The standard water-efficient features included in every KB home, including those at Vineyard Crossing, such as WaterSense® labeled faucets, toilets, and showerheads, can result in estimated savings of up to 30,000 gallons of water and $300 in utility bills annually when compared to a home without these features.

KB Home, has announced the opening of its new Eastchurch home community in Frederick, Maryland. KB Home's Eastchurch community provides easy access to I-270, I-70, and a MARC station for quick commutes to both Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Residents will enjoy the community's close proximity to Carroll Creek Canal, where they can stroll, power walk, jog, run, pedal or skate on the trails. This townhome community offers quick move-in opportunities for homebuyers, with floor plans ranging from 1,542 to 2,643 square feet, accommodating three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and pricing beginning in the mid-$200,000s. Planned community amenities include a clubhouse and pool. KB Home's Eastchurch community is now open at 679 East Church Street in Frederick.
