The Asset Management segment provides investment and wealth management services across various asset classes, such as equities, fixed income, alternatives, and money market funds; multi-asset investment management services; retirement products and services; and brokerage and banking services comprising trusts and estates, loans, mortgages, and deposits. JPMorgan Chase & Co. was founded in 1799 and is based in New York, New York.

Private Equity Groups Vie For JSW Stake

Private equity funds, including a JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) managed infrastructure fund and The Carlyle Group LP (NasdaqGS:CG) and TPG Capital Management along with IDFC Private Equity are reportedly aiming to invest up to $200 million to buy a minority stake in JSW Infrastructure and Logistics Ltd. The parties are holding discussions with of JSW Steel Ltd. (BSE:500228), the parent company of JSW Infrastructure & Logistics, regarding the investment. JSW Steel aims to complete the share sale process in a few months. JSW Steel is understood to have appointed investment bank JM Financial Services to run a formal process to find a potential buyer.
