InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust operates as an unincorporated open-ended real estate investment trust in Canada. The trust invests in various limited service and mid-scale service hotels located in Canada. Its hotel properties operate under various franchise brands, such as Comfort Inn, Quality Suites, Quality Hotels, Holiday Inn, Radisson Hotels, Radisson Suites, Delta Hotels, and Travelodge. InnVest also owns a 50% interest in Choice Hotels Canada, Inc., a franchiser of hotels in Canada. As of December 31, 2005, the trust’s portfolio comprised 130 hotel properties consisting of approximately 14,291 guest rooms. InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Mississauga, Canada.

InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust reported unaudited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended Dec. 31, 2014. For the quarter, revenue was $126,439,000 against $140,667,000 for the same period of last year. Gross operating profit was $27,766,000 against $29,751,000 for the same period of last year. Net loss and comprehensive loss was $1,182,000 against $47,741,000 for the same period of last year. Funds from operations were $10,359,000 against $12,432,000 for the same period of last year. AFFO was $8,205,000 against $8,133,000 for the same period of last year. Diluted net loss and comprehensive loss per unit was $0.011 for the same period of last year. Diluted FFO per unit was $0.100 against $0.127 for the same period of last year. Diluted AFFO per unit was $0.079 against $0.086 0 for the same period of last year. For the year, revenue was $535,535,000 against $586,898,000 for the same period of last year. Gross operating profit was $128,821,000 against $134,138,000 for the same period of last year. Net loss and comprehensive loss was $14,727,000 against $54,956,000 for the same period of last year. Funds from operations were $58,451,000 against $63,802,000 for the same period of last year. As the company look into 2015, expects earnings to continue to grow as its renovated hotels benefit from capital investments completed, newly-acquired hotels contribute to portfolio performance and remaining portfolio capitalizes on positive industry fundamentals.
