This represents a full year distribution increase of 17% on the prior financial year, and is consistent with the group's commitment to grow distributions and security holder returns. The company reported unaudited earnings results for the year ended June 30, 2015. For the period, the company reported revenue of $76.0 million against $45.8 million a year ago. Statutory profit was $25.7 million against $11.5 million a year ago, reflecting significant increase in valuations across core rental portfolios.
