Information Services Group and NPI Partner to Help Enterprises Navigate Cost and Service Complexities of Cloud Migration

Information Services Group announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with NPI to help clients of both firms understand the true costs of moving their IT infrastructure to the cloud. The partnership with NPI combines Information Services Group's information technology outsourcing (ITO) expertise and cost and service benchmarks with NPI's market-leading advisory services that help clients optimize intricate enterprise software licensing agreements and reduce costs. Together, the two firms will help clients overcome many of the pricing, licensing and contracting challenges presented by a new generation of cloud offerings. NPI will complement Information Services Group’s extensive experience in outsourcing management with deep pricing and licensing expertise on vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP and others. Together, NPI and Information Services Group will help clients define optimal service delivery models, negotiate vendor agreements and monitor service-level performance.

Information Services Group, Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2014. For the quarter, the company reported revenue of $53,230,000 compared to $53,440,000 a year ago. Operating income was $3,346,000 compared to $2,987,000 a year ago. Income before taxes was $2,614,000 compared to $2,361,000 a year ago. Net income attributable to company was $657,000 compared to $957,000 a year ago. Basic and diluted earnings per share were $0.02 against $0.03 a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was $6,256,000 compared to $5,227,000 a year ago. Adjusted net income attributable to ISG was $2,201,000 compared to $2,092,000 a year ago. Diluted adjusted earnings per share were $0.06 compared to $0.05 a year ago. For the period, the company expects growth in revenues in the range between 6% and 8% and growth in adjusted EBITDA between 10% and 15%, excluding the impact of currency. The company expects effective tax rate to be 40%.

Information Services Group Launches Dedicated Cloud Solutions Practice

Information Services Group announced that it has formed a dedicated Cloud Solutions practice that will help clients devise a cloud transformation strategy and guide them through the myriad decisions they need to make as they move work to the cloud. ISG has been advising clients about cloud solutions since 2010, but with the adoption of cloud services on the rise, the firm decided to create a formal practice area and expand its advisory capabilities with new evaluation tools and management platforms. Lavieri noted that ISG Cloud Solutions will be available immediately to clients on a worldwide basis, calling the new practice a significant step in ISG's overall strategy to help clients master the complexities of emerging technologies, and harness their power for continued growth and operational excellence. As part of its capability set, ISG Cloud Solutions will offer an application-centric cloud readiness service to create a realistic cloud migration roadmap. The new cloud strategy offerings provide a clear path for developing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) and Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) strategies.
