The company also provides interaction Decisions solution, which plans and analysis platform for workforce optimization in contact centers; and accounts receivable management products that offer a set of software solutions to collection agencies, credit departments, debt buyers, creditors, and attorneys to manage debt collection and recovery process. In addition, it offers servers, media servers, gateways and telephone handsets, and networking hardware; Interaction Media Server, Interaction Edge, Interaction Gateway, and Interaction SIP Station appliances; and professional, support, managed, and education services. Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. Announces Unaudited Consolidated Earnings Results for First Quarter Ended March 31, 2015; Provides Earnings Guidance for the Second Quarter and Full Year of 2015

Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported total revenues of $89,475,000 compared to $79,448,000 a year ago. Operating loss was $4,771,000 compared to $4,813,000 a year ago. Loss before income taxes was $4,950,000 compared to $4,727,000 a year ago. Net loss was $3,459,000 or $0.16 per basic and diluted share compared to $2,564,000 or $0.12 per basic and diluted share a year ago. Non-GAAP operating loss was $1,149,000 compared to $1,047,000 a year ago. Non-GAAP net loss was $863,000 or $0.04 per diluted share compared to $393,000 or $0.02 per diluted share a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was $3,585,000 compared to $2,350,000 a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was $13,334,000 compared to $5,284,000 in the same period last year. Purchases of property and equipment were $6,260,000 compared to $8,144,000 in the same period last year. First quarter results were driven by the 25% growth in recurring revenue, which accounted for 61% of total revenue, up from 55% of revenue last year. For the second quarter, the company is targeting revenue in a range of $91 million to $93 million for a year-over-year growth of 14% to 16% with cloud-based revenues accounting for $22 million or 24% of total revenue. The company also expects to report a non-GAAP operating loss of approximately $3 million. The company expects operating cash flow to be about breakeven in the second quarter. For the full year 2015, the company is increasing total revenue guidance to $385 million, which represents growth of 13% compared to 2014. The company still expects cloud-based revenues to increase approximately 60% and for contracted annual recurring revenue on cloud bookings to increase 40%. The company is confidence in their ability to achieve this growth is driven by the continued demand for cloud-based solutions, evidenced by growing pipeline of opportunities globally. Non-GAAP operating loss for 2015 to be approximately $5 million with a non-GAAP net loss per share for 2015 of approximately $0.15 per share, which is based on 21.7 million fully diluted shares outstanding and a projected long-term effective income tax rate of 35%.

Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. Launches Enterprise Collaboration and Communications Cloud Services in Australia and New Zealand

Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. has launched its PureCloud Collaborate and PureCloud Communicate cloud services for customers in Australia and New Zealand. First announced for U.S. customers in March on AWS US East Region, these collaboration and communications cloud services are now available from Amazon’s data center in the AWS Asia Pacific (Sydney) Region. The services are offered from the company’s new multitenant, enterprise-grade PureCloud platform, which is based on modern, distributed cloud architecture. This is the, single-platform cloud solution running applications for multiple use cases: collaboration, communications, and next up customer engagement. The PureCloud Collaborate and Communicate services offer the following functionality: real-time enterprise collaboration tools, such as searchable employee profile information, instant messaging, multi-user chat rooms, multi-party video conferencing, and desktop sharing help increase productivity; integrated content management offers cloud-based storage and easy sharing of documents, images and other content both inside and outside the organization for simple, secure and efficient team-based collaboration; sophisticated IP PBX capabilities, including auto-attendant, call recording, speech recognition and unified messaging meet the needs of the large organizations; support for multiple voice, video and mobile endpoints extends communications and collaboration to any device, including landlines, for a more productive mobile workforce; and Remote survivability provides PBX, IVR, and call recording functionality in the event of lost Internet connectivity for business continuity. The PureCloud Collaborate and Communicate services will be offered to businesses throughout Australia and New Zealand by Interactive Intelligence resellers, and the company’s direct salesforce. PureCloud Communicate is expected to be generally available in June 2015.
