Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd., a medical technology company, provides medical imaging and digital radiography (DR) solutions in Canada, the United States, the Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, south Asia, and Latin America. The company offers 2200 X-Series dual detector DR systems; the 1600 Plus X-Series DR solutions with a floor mounted, U-arm multi-axis positioning device that includes X-ray tube, collimator, and generator; and the 1590 X-Series motorized DR systems for various X-ray imaging needs. It also provides the 1600 X-Series systems that deliver images without the use of X-ray tube ceiling structure in various radiography environments, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, imaging centers, private clinics, and orthopaedic clinics; image processing software; exposure monitoring software; and accessories, such as patient tables for radiography rooms. Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd. sells its products for various markets, such as hospitals, imaging centers, orthopaedic surgeon practices, chiropractic, and veterinary facilities through dealers, distributors, and original equipment manufacturer partners. The company was formerly known as Imaging Dynamics Corporation and changed its name to Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd. in October 2001. Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd. was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.

Imaging Dynamics Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014. Gross revenues for the third quarter were $0.52 million compared to $0.59 million for the same quarter last year and sales on a year-to-date basis were higher by 14% to $1.63 million compared to $1.42 million. The increase in revenues during the period is mainly due to sales in the Asia-Pacific region which has been a focus of IDC this year. Net loss for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014 was $0.20 million compared to a net loss of $0.33 million for the same quarter last year, and the net loss year-to-date for 2014 was $0.81 million compared to a net loss $1.57 million for last year, a significant improvement of 48% in performance over the prior period results.

Imaging Dynamics Co. Ltd. announced that Daniel Tsai, JD, LLM, MBA has been appointed as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel and joins the senior executive team at IDC. Daniel has worked with a number of TSXV listed companies, national and multinational companies, private businesses and entrepreneurs. He has written on business and legal issues for the Globe and Mail, the Vancouver Sun, the Vancouver Province, the Advocate, the Lawyers' Weekly and legal texts. Daniel is a graduate of Queen's University and Cornell University. Mr. Tsai replaces Jeffrey Graham, who was the previous Corporate Secretary for the Company. The company reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2014. Gross revenues for the second quarter were higher by 66% to $0.72 million compared to $0.43 million for the same quarter last year. The increase in revenues is mainly due to sales in the Asia-Pacific region which has been a focus of IDC this year. Net loss year-to-date was $0.61 million compared to $1.24 million for last year, a significant improvement over the prior period results.
