Amcorp Properties Berhad Enters into a Joint Venture with Temasek, Hotel Properties Limited and Native Land

Amcorp Properties Berhad has entered into a joint venture with Temasek, Hotel Properties Limited and Native Land to jointly develop Sampson House and Ludgate House in the heart of London’s South Bank, along River Thames. The joint venture marks another milestone for the AMPROP Group, in its collaboration with well-established global JV partners by way of an equity participation in Bankside Quarter (Jersey) Limited, a special purpose vehicle set up for the purpose of this project, with AMPROP, Temasek and HPL respectively owning 30% stake in the JV Co with NL owning the remaining 10%. The JV Co has acquired the Property at a total sum of £308 million and will undertake a mixed-use redevelopment on the Property.
