GT Capital Holdings, Inc., a conglomerate, operates in the banking, automotive, power generation, property development, and life- and non-life insurance and life- and non-life insurance businesses. The company offers corporate, commercial, and consumer banking products and services, as well as credit card, investment banking, and trust services to corporate customers, including local and multinational companies, and government-owned and controlled companies. As of December 31, 2014, it operated 920 branches in the Philippines; and a network of 2,100 ATMs. The company also develops and sells residential condominium projects; and master planned communities, including residential, retail, office, and commercial space. In addition, the company operates as an independent power producer in the Visayas region and Mindoro Island with a combined gross dependable capacity of 707 megawatts. Further, it is involved in the manufacture, import, and wholesale distribution of Toyota brand motor vehicles in the Philippines; sale of motor vehicle parts and accessories in the Philippines and internationally; distribution of Lexus brand motor vehicles; export sale of original equipment manufacturer parts and service parts in the Asia Pacific region; provision of after-sales services to Toyota motor vehicles; and provision of retail loans and finance lease to its individual and corporate clients for the acquisition of new Toyota vehicles. Additionally, the company offers personal and group insurance products, including investment-linked insurance products, as well as fire/property, marine, motor car, personal accident, bonds, other casualty, and engineering insurance products. GT Capital Holdings, Inc. was founded in 2007 and is based in Makati City, the Philippines. GT Capital Holdings, Inc. is a subsidiary of Grand Titan Capital Holdings, Inc.

GT CAPITAL Holdings, Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported consolidated net income climbed 61% to PHP 2.8 billion, from PHP 1.7 billion in the same period last year. Revenues reached PHP 35.81 billion, 15% higher than the PHP 31.1 billion reported a year ago on the back of sustained strength in vehicle sales of Toyota and higher contributions from associates. Income before income tax was PHP 5,168 million against PHP 3,394 million a year ago. Net income attributable to equity holders of the parent company was PHP 2,798 million or PHP 16.05 per basic and diluted share against PHP 1,737 million or PHP 9.97 per basic and diluted share a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was PHP 91 million against net cash used in operating activities of PHP 1,467 million a year ago. Additions to property and equipment was PHP 1,796 million against PHP 1,814 million a year ago.

Net income attributable to parent equity holder was PHP 9,152,612,962 or PHP 52.51 per basic and diluted share against PHP 8,640,186,114 or PHP 49.7 per basic and diluted share a year ago. Return on assets was 0.07% against 0.07% a year ago. Return on equity was 0.14% against 0.14% a year ago.
