Graphite One Resources Inc. Provides Updated Resource Estimate for Graphite Creek Deposit Near Nome, Alaska

Graphite One Resources Inc. announced the completion of an updated mineral resource estimate for its Graphite Creek deposit near Nome, Alaska of 17.95 million tonnes (Mt) indicated, grading 6.3% graphitic carbon (Cg), and 154.36 Mt inferred, with 5.7% Cg, using a 3% Cg cut-off grade (COG). The 2014 drill program, completed in October 2014, increased the vertical and lateral drill spacing along a 730m strike length of the 4.8 km long Graphite Creek deposit. The drilling results moved a portion of the previously released resource estimate from inferred to indicated resource status and will provide the basis for the Graphite Creek Project’s initial Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA), expected to be released in second quarter of 2015. The previous inferred mineral resource estimate released in January 2014 totaled 186.90 Mt of 5.5% Cg at a cut-off grade of 3% Cg, and is superseded and replaced by the Updated Mineral Resource estimate. The Graphite Creek Deposit is 29km from a seasonal road and approximately 113km from the port of Nome which could be accessible from the deposit by either land or water. Highlights of the Updated Mineral Resource Estimate: Indicated Mineral Resource of 17.95 Mt at 6.3% Cg and an Inferred Resource of 154.36 Mt of 5.7% Cg, both at 3% COG, makes the Graphite Creek deposit the large published graphite resource in the United States. An indicative 14% increase in grade within the area of 2014 infill drilling as shown by the new Indicated Mineral Resource from the previous Inferred Resource grade (5.54% to 6.3% Cg COG). The 2014 drilling program further confirmed positive continuity of near surface, higher grade graphite within a simple geological setting, moving 11% of the previous Inferred resource to the Indicated resource category. High-grade graphite mineralization is present at the surface and has been extended to depths of over 200 m by drilling. The deposit remains open along strike in both the east and west directions, as well as down dip. The Company will utilize this updated mineral resource estimate to prepare an initial Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Graphite Creek Deposit under direction of RPA Inc., Vancouver, B.C.

Graphite One Resources Inc. Announces Drilling Results on its Graphite Creek Project Located Near Nome, Alaska

Graphite One Resources Inc. announced the results of the final ten holes of its recently completed twenty-hole diamond drill program on its Graphite Creek Project located near Nome, Alaska. The company's quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) process discovered variances in the laboratory results of the first ten holes reported in its media release of December 1, 2014. It was found that there were minor differences in assay results due to equipment calibration issues. The Company is therefore releasing revised assays, using the certified reanalyses, for the analytical results of the first ten holes. Highlights: All ten holes intercept significant widths of near surface graphite mineralization along 700 m strike; Select intercepts include 14.95m of 8.46%, 42.81m of 6.27%, 17.92m of 13.37%, 18.29m of 7.36%, and 24.56m of 6.76% graphitic carbon ("Cg"); Geology and assays confirm good vertical and lateral continuity of the mineralization; 2014 drilling results will be utilized to move a portion of the resource from Inferred to Indicated resource status and provide the basis for producing the initial Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Graphite Creek deposit. Graphite One has received results for drill holes 14GCH011 to 14GCH020 which in-filled between drill holes completed in 2012 and 2013. The drill program was completed in October 2014 and was designed to increase the vertical and lateral drill spacing along a 700 m strike length of the 4.8 km long Graphite Creek deposit, in preparation for a revised National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") compliant mineral resource estimate to be completed in First Quarter 2015. Graphite One last released an updated mineral resource in January of 2014 totaling 186.9 Million Tonnes ("Mt") of 5.54% Cg, and 37.68Mt of 9.2% Cg at cut-offs of 3% Cg and 7% Cg, respectively. The results of the final ten diamond core holes are summarized in Table 1 below. Highlights include: 42.81m of 6.27% Cg including 6.78m of 9.14% Cg and 9.86m of 12.46% Cg; 24.56m of 6.76% Cg including 18.31m of 8.11% Cg; 38.80m of 7.80% Cg including 17.92m of 13.37% Cg.

Graphite One Resources Inc. Provides Production Guidance for the Full Year of 2014 ; Announces Production Results for the First Quarter and Second Quarter of 2015

Graphite One Resources Inc. provided operational guidance for 2015 on its 100% owned Graphite Creek Project located near Nome, Alaska. Graphite One completed its 2014 drill program in October, with 22 holes totaling 2,296.6 meters, in preparation for a revised NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate. The program focused on infill drilling between holes utilized in the 2014 inferred resource, serving to increase confidence in the continuity and distribution of the graphite mineralization over a 1,000m strike length of the 4.8km long Graphite Creek deposit. Final results from the Graphite One 2014 drilling program are expected in mid-February 2015 and will be incorporated in an updated 43-101 compliant resource estimate. Graphite One released an updated mineral resource estimate in January 2014 totaling 186.9 Million Tonnes ("Mt") of 5.5% Graphitic Carbon using a cut-off grade of 3%, and 95.9 Mt of 7.2% Cg at a 5% cutoff grade. Graphite One remains on schedule to publish its inaugural Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") on the Graphite Creek Project in second quarter 2015, incorporating its 2014 drill results and the upcoming revised 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimate.
