Goodman Group proposed final dividend for the year ended June 30, 2015 of 11.10 cents per GMG security against 10.35 cents per GMG security a year ago. Final dividends and distributions are payable on August 26, 2015. The company announced audited consolidated and parent earnings results for the year ended June 30, 2015. For the year, on consolidated basis, revenue was AUD 1,185.1 million against AUD 1,182.8 million a year ago. Profit before interest and tax was AUD 1,378.0 million against AUD 786.0 million a year ago. Profit before income tax was AUD 1,250.2 million against AUD 691.7 million a year ago. Profit for the year was AUD 1,229.2 million against AUD 678.7 million a year ago. Diluted profit per security was 67.1 cents against 37.5 cents a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was AUD 654.7 million against AUD 404.4 million a year ago. Payments for investment properties were AUD 58.4 million against AUD 63.3 million a year ago. Payments for plant and equipment were AUD 3.8 million against AUD 2.8 million a year ago. Operating profit was AUD 653 million, a 9% increase on the same period last year Operating earnings per security (EPS) was 37.2 cents, up 7.1% on fiscal year 2014. For the year, on parent basis, loss for the year was AUD 577.0 million against AUD 23.9 million a year ago. With the current market conditions expected to continue, the company is forecasting earnings growth of 6% in fiscal year 2016. The company is forecasting full year fiscal 2016 operating earnings per security of 39.4 cents, up 6% on fiscal year 2015, and a forecast distribution of 23.8 cents.

Goodman Group Fully Leases Out its Torun Logistics Centre in Poland

Goodman Group has signed three lease contracts for a total of 50,300 sqm of warehouse space at Goodman Torun Logistics Centre in Poland. One new customer, Mueller Fabryka Swiec, has leased a 15,900 sqm warehouse, while two existing customers, Nissin Logistics and FM Bravo, have signed lease extensions resulting in 100% occupancy at the logistics centre. Mueller Fabryka Swiec is part of Gebr. Müller Kerzenfabrik. Located less than 50km from one of its production facilities, the new warehouse will be used by Mueller Fabryka Swiec to store finished products and intermediates. Considering the specific nature of the products being stored, Goodman and Mueller have installed special safety solutions, including additional smoke vents, and in-rack sprinkler installation. Mueller Fabryka Swiec was represented in the lease transaction by brokerage firm JLL. Aside from the transaction with Mueller Fabryka Swiec, Goodman has extended contracts with existing customers at two remaining buildings within Goodman Torun Logistics Centre. Logistics operator Nissin Logistics Poland increased their total lease area to 25,700 sqm, making it the third large leasing transaction on the Polish market in the first quarter of 2015. Additionally, furniture maker FM Bravo has taken up 8,700 sqm. The centre's other customer is the logistics operator Yusen Logistics, occupying 15.000 sqm.
