Goodman Group Fully Leases Out its Torun Logistics Centre in Poland

Goodman Group has signed three lease contracts for a total of 50,300 sqm of warehouse space at Goodman Torun Logistics Centre in Poland. One new customer, Mueller Fabryka Swiec, has leased a 15,900 sqm warehouse, while two existing customers, Nissin Logistics and FM Bravo, have signed lease extensions resulting in 100% occupancy at the logistics centre. Mueller Fabryka Swiec is part of Gebr. Müller Kerzenfabrik. Located less than 50km from one of its production facilities, the new warehouse will be used by Mueller Fabryka Swiec to store finished products and intermediates. Considering the specific nature of the products being stored, Goodman and Mueller have installed special safety solutions, including additional smoke vents, and in-rack sprinkler installation. Mueller Fabryka Swiec was represented in the lease transaction by brokerage firm JLL. Aside from the transaction with Mueller Fabryka Swiec, Goodman has extended contracts with existing customers at two remaining buildings within Goodman Torun Logistics Centre. Logistics operator Nissin Logistics Poland increased their total lease area to 25,700 sqm, making it the third large leasing transaction on the Polish market in the first quarter of 2015. Additionally, furniture maker FM Bravo has taken up 8,700 sqm. The centre's other customer is the logistics operator Yusen Logistics, occupying 15.000 sqm.

Goodman Opens the 45,500 Sqm Second Phase of Goodman Landport Logistics Estate in Tianjin

Goodman Group opened Logistics Estate Phase 2, which comprises two warehouses with a combined 45,500 sqm of prime logistics space. Three customers have been secured by Goodman for the newly completed development. Two existing customers at Goodman Landport Logistics Estate, Leyou and JD.com, have both extended their operations and leased additional space in Phase 2. Separately, Best Logistics, a customer at Goodman ChongqingAirport Logistics Park and Goodman Nanjing Airport Logistics Centre, has also taken up new space in Phase 2. On completion, Goodman Landport Logistics Estate will provide approximately 267,000 sqm of prime logistics space across thirteen single-storey warehouses. With the opening of the second phase of development, 105,000 sqm of the developable land at the estate has now been completed, with an occupancy of 83%.

Goodman Group Signs Two New Lease Agreements with Decathlon

Goodman Group announced that it has signed two new lease agreements with Decathlon, for a combined 157,000 sqm of prime logistics space. The transactions include the development of an 85,000 sqm built-to-suit facility at Goodman Hannan Logistics Park in Wuhan, Hubei Province and a 72,000 sqm built-to-suit facility at Goodman Hunnan Logistics Centre in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. The built-to-suit facility for Decathlon in Goodman Hannan Logistics Park comprises four single-storey warehouses. It will be used as Decathlon's main distribution centre in China, with future plans to establish it as a major hub for its goods being transported between Europe and Asia.
