Underlying net operating income was AUD 10,368,000 against AUD 6,787,000 a year ago. Underlying net operating income per unit was 9.18 cents against 8.86 cents a year ago. Basic and diluted earnings per unit were 10.53 cents against 7.89 cents a year ago. Revenue was AUD 19,028,000 against AUD 16,038.000 a year ago. Total income was AUD 26,651,000 against AUD 20,030,000 a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was AUD 9,472,000 against AUD 6,778,000 a year ago. Purchase of investment properties was AUD 30,492,000 against AUD 24,244,000 a year ago. Additions to investment properties and properties under construction were AUD 20,367,000 against AUD 2,822,000 a year ago. For the period, the company reported net profit attributable to unitholders of the fund was AUD 11,896,000 against AUD 6,047,000 a year ago.
