Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. reported production and sales results for the month and year to date ended February 2015. For the month, the company reported total production of 78,612 units, an increase of 24% year-on-year. Domestic production was 58,593 units, an increase of 17.3% year-on-year and overseas production was 20,019 units, an increase of 48.9% year-on-year. For the year to date, the company reported total production of 154,065 units, an increase of 15.4% year-on-year. Domestic production was 114,822 units, up 8.8% year-on-year and overseas production was 39,243 units, down 40.5% year-on-year. For the month, the company reported total Japan sales of 16,752 units, up 1.5% year-on-year. Passenger vehicle sales were 12,754 units, up 21.7% year-on-year. Mini vehicle sales were 3,998 units, down by 33.6% year-on-year. For the year to date, the company reported total Japan sales of 30,612 units, up 1.7% year-on-year. Passenger vehicle sales were 23,558 units, up 13.5% year-on-year. Mini vehicles sales were 7,054 units.

Current corporate auditors Masakazu Kimura and Norio Saito will retire following the shareholder's meeting and the following are nominated for election: Akira Mabuchi (Current title: Director, Corporate Executive Vice President); Shinichi Mita (Previous position: Executive Officer, Kao Corporation). As current corporate auditors Nobushige Imai and Takatoshi Yamamoto continue to be in their term of office, the total number of corporate auditors will be four.
