Income before taxes on income was $4,390,000 compared to $4,480,000 for the same period a year ago. Income from continuing operations was $4,295,000 compared to $4,352,000 for the same period a year ago. Net income was $4,295,000 compared to $6,591,000 for the same period a year ago. Earnings per share, basic and diluted, attributable to continuing operations were $0.04 compared to $0.04 for the same period a year ago.
