Finolex Industries Limited primarily manufactures and sells polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resins, and PVC pipes and fittings in India. The company operates through PolyVinyl Chloride, Pipes & Fittings, and Power segments. It offers a range of PVC-U pipes and fittings, such as selfit and ringfit PVC-U, underground sewerage, PVC-U column, selfit and ringfit SWR PVC, and plumbing pipes; moulded, fabricated, SWR moulded, and solvent cemented fittings; and protector well casings and screens, as well as CPVC plumbing systems for use in carious sectors, including agriculture, housing, and telecom, etc. The company also provides PVC resins for applications in the insulation of cables, pipes and hoses, agricultural products, windows and profiles, flooring tiles, blister packaging, films and sheets, foamed leather cloth, curtains, tarpaulins, IV and blood bags, etc. In addition, it offers light duty, power and control, and communication cables; a range of electrical switches; compact fluorescent lamps; continuous cast copper rods; optic fibres; and LED lighting products, as well as trades in ethylene di chloride and methanol, which are used as solvents in pharma, fertilizer, paints, lamination, amines, and other industries. Further, the company is involved in the generation and sale of power. Finolex Industries Limited was founded in 1956 and is based in Pune, India.

Profit from operations before other income, finance costs and exceptional items were INR 540.803 million compared to INR 874.638 million a year ago. Profit from ordinary activities before tax was INR 517.404 million compared to INR 789.937 million a year ago. Net profit was INR 276.809 million or INR 2.23 per basic and diluted share for before and after extraordinary items compared to INR 561.923 million or INR 4.53 per basic and diluted share for before and after extraordinary items a year ago. For the full year, the company announced net sales or income from operations, net of excise duty of INR 24,517.097 million compared to INR 24,276.031 million a year ago.
