FFW Corporation was founded in 1920 and is based in Wabash, Indiana.

FFW Corporation Announces Earnings Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months Ended March 31, 2015

FFW Corporation announced earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the corporation reported net income of $705,000 or $0.55 per common share compared to $1,912,000 or $1.59 per common share for the three months ended March 31, 2014. Net interest income was $2,901,000 compared to $2,760,000 last year. The income recognized through provision was attributable to a large loan loss recovery received during the quarter offset by the current period provision expense. For the nine months ended March 31, 2015, the corporation reported net income of $2,353,000 or $1.84 per common share compared to $3,320,000 or $2.62 per common share last year. Net interest income was $8,550,000 compared to $7,904,000 last year. For both the third quarter and nine months ended March 31, 2015, return on average common equity was 8.37% and 9.45%, respectively, compared to 29.80% and 16.33% and return on average assets was 0.85% and 0.93%, respectively, compared to 2.29% and 1.29%, for the third and nine month periods ended March 31, 2014.

FFW Corporation and Crossroads Bank Appoint Daniel H. Ford as Chairman of the Board

FFW Corporation and Crossroads Bank have announced the appointment of Daniel H. Ford as Chairman of the Board. The previous Chairman, J. Stanley Myers, has served as Chairman of the Board since 2003 and has served as a Director since 1985. Mr. Ford remains a Director of Ford Meter Box Company and is Chairman of the Ford Meter Box Foundation. In addition, Mr. Ford is a Board Member of the Wabash County YMCA, past President of the Honeywell Golf Course Agency Board and past President of the Wabash Rotary Club. Mr. Ford currently serves as President of The Charley Creek Foundation and is the tennis coach at Wabash High School. Mr. Ford has been a Director of the Crossroads Bank Board since 2005.
