The company was founded in 1963 under the name of Garages Souterrains De Metz. It changed its name to Garages souterrains et Fonciere des Regions in 1988 and to Foncie des Régions in 2002. The company is headquartered in Metz, France.

Fonciere Des Regions Reports Consolidated Earnings Results for the Year Ended December 31, 2014

Fonciere des Regions reported consolidated earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2014. For the period, the company reported net rental income of EUR 508.5 million against EUR 483.8 million a year ago. EPRA recurrent net income was EUR 5.0 per share against EUR 5.0 per share a year ago. Net income was EUR 118.5 million against EUR 340.1 million a year ago. Net debt at December 31, 2014 was EUR 4,962 million (group share) and EUR 7,884 million (on a consolidated basis), compared to EUR 5,098 million (group share) and EUR 8,117 (consolidated) at the end of 2013. The net debt decreased by EUR 136 million (group share) and EUR 233 million on a consolidated basis.

Fonciere des Regions Proposes Dividend

Fonciere des Regions will be proposing at the vote of the General Meeting on 17 April next a dividend of EUR 4.30 per share, up by 2.4% compared to last year. This dividend represents a distribution rate of 86% and a yield of 4.6% on the basis of the closing price on 19 February 2015.
