Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation Limited, a diversified natural resources company, engages in mining, processing, energy, logistical, and marketing operations primarily in Kazakhstan, China, Russia, Brazil, and Africa. It operates through six divisions: Ferroalloys, Iron Ore, Alumina and Aluminium, Energy, Logistics, and Other Non-ferrous. The Ferroalloys division extracts and sells chrome ores, as well as produces ferroalloys from chromium and manganese ores. It offers high, medium, and low-carbon ferrochrome; and other alloys comprising ferrosilicochrome, ferrosilicomanganese, and ferrosilicon for use as alloying products in the production of steel, as well as sells manganese and chrome ore to third party producers of ferroalloys, and the chemical industry. The Iron Ore division explores, extracts, processes, and manufactures iron ore products. It produces and sells iron ore concentrate and pellets to steel producers, as well as offers limestone, dolomite, and construction gravel. The Alumina and Aluminium division engages in the extraction and processing of bauxite and limestone; and smelting of alumina and aluminum to aluminum producers. The Energy division is involved in coal mining and processing to produce coke and semi-coke products; and power generation activities. The Logistics division provides transportation and logistics services. Its operations comprise freight forwarding, wagon repair services, and railway construction and repair services. This division also operates a railway transfer and reloading terminal on the Kazakhstan-China border. The Other Non-ferrous division is engaged in the exploration and extraction, processing, and manufacture of copper and cobalt products; exploration of other minerals in Africa; and trucking and logistics operations. Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation Limited was incorporated in 2006 and is based in London, the United Kingdom.

Eurasian Resources Group Announces Executive Changes

Eurasian Resources Group has appointed Benedikt Sobotka as CEO. ENRC Ltd. CEO Felix Vulis will remain in his role until his team hands over responsibilities to the new ERG management team. Paul Waller, previously group treasurer at ENRC plc, has been appointed acting CFO of ERG. ENRC Ltd. CFO Zaure Zaurbekova will also remain in her role until responsibilities are handed over. Aldiyar Kaztayev has been appointed CEO of ERG Kazakhstan. He was previously head of ENRC's business development in Kazakhstan. Sobotka joins from natural resources investment firm Bryanston Resources, where he was managing partner.
