Eurocommercial Properties N.V. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended March 31, 2015. For the nine months, the company reported net property income of EUR 107,948,000 against EUR 110,715,000 a year ago. The fall in income was predominantly due to the sale of Passy Plaza (impact: EUR 2.3 million) in October 2013 and the weakening of the Swedish krona against the euro (impact: EUR 1.2 million). Profit before taxation was EUR 48,929,000 against EUR 66,321,000 a year ago. Profit after taxation was EUR 46,775,000 or EUR 1.08 per diluted depositary receipt against EUR 65,524,000 or EUR 1.50 per diluted depositary receipt a year ago. Net cash flow from operating activities was EUR 50,800,000 against EUR 65,151,000 a year ago. Capital expenditure was EUR 34,496,000 against EUR 19,587,000 a year ago. Additions to tangible fixed assets were EUR 426,000 against EUR 464,000 a year ago. For the quarter, the company reported net property income of EUR 35,977,000 against EUR 36,484,000 a year ago. Loss before taxation was EUR 6,834,000 against profit before taxation of EUR 8,046,000 a year ago. Loss after taxation was EUR 7,462,000 or EUR 0.18 per diluted depositary receipt against profit after taxation of EUR 8,098,000 or EUR 0.18 per diluted depositary receipt a year ago.
