Cartier Resources Inc. Announces Geophysics in Progress on Benoist Property

Cartier Resources Inc. announced that it is conducting geophysical surveys (OreVision and Magnetometer) over the extensions of the Pusticamica deposit on the Benoist Property situated between the Bachelor and Langlois mines. This follows Cartier's successful results of one test line over the deposit. The new surveys cover the deposit and the lateral extensions over a distance of 3 kilometers. The surveys are conducted on a 40 line-km grid that covers a 2 km by 3 km area with the favorable altered and gold-mineralised unit ('rhyolitic lavas') that host the Pusticamica deposit. The surveys extend in a north-east to south-west orientation in order to detect other gold-bearing zones along the lateral extensions of the Pusticamica deposit from surface to depths of up to 450 m as demonstrated by last month's test survey.

Cartier Resources Tests Extension of Massive Sulphides Zone on the MacCormack Property

Cartier Resources Inc. announced that it has launched a four-hole drill program on the MacCormack Property, situated 25 km north-north west of the Bousquet LaRonde mining camp infrastructures, near Malartic in the Abitibi. The fall 2014 drill program intersected three massive sulphides intersections, at a depth of 180 m over a lateral distance of 180 m, with one intersection grading up to 11.5% Zn, 0.2% Cu, 44.2 g/t Ag and 2.0 g/t Au over 0.6 m. This new program targets the extension of the massive sulphides zone, at a depth of 270 m, as defined by the three intersections. The four holes will explore the potential of the area over a lateral distance of 270 m.

Cartier Resources Inc. and its Partner Sphinx Resources Ltd. Announce Results of Their Most Recent Drill Program on the Dollier Property

Cartier Resources Inc. and its partner Sphinx Resources Ltd. announced the results of their most recent drill program on the Dollier property, situated 30 km southeast of Chibougamau. Thirteen drill holes were completed for a total of 3,470 m of drilling. Twenty-nine (29) sulphide-mineralised intersections were cut and varied in drilled thickness from 23.0 to 0.6 m. The best intersection graded 25.1 g/t Au over 1.0 m. The objective of the program was to test the west lateral and at-depth extensions of the gold mineralisation of the Delinel Zone as well as to test two additional sub parallel zones situated to the north and south: North Delinel Zone and South Delinel Zone. All holes were drilled from south to north, and 90% of the holes intersected two of the three zones. The Delinel Zone was intersected in thirteen holes with one interval grading 25.1 g/t Au over 1.0 m in hole DO-14-30. The North Delinel Zone reported four intersections with one interval grading 5.0 g/t Au over 1.0 m in hole DO-14-34. To date, a mineralised trend has been identified measuring 600 m x 250 m x 150 m. This trend hosts the three zones that each consist of disseminated to massive sulphides with associated gold concentrations.
