Deutsche Telekom AG provides integrated telecommunication services worldwide. The company operates through four segments: Germany, United States, Europe, and Systems Solutions. It offers fixed-network services, such as voice and data communication services based on fixed-network and broadband technology; and sells terminal equipment and other hardware, as well as services to resellers. The company also provides mobile voice and data services to consumers and business customers; sells mobile handsets and other hardware; and sells mobile communications services to resellers and to companies that purchases and markets network services independently to third parties, such as mobile virtual network operators. Deutsche Telekom Announces Introduction of Three New Divisions; Announces Management Appointments for the New Divisions

Deutsche Telekom announced the introduction of three new divisions: the digital division, the IT division and the telecommunications division, to support the group's corporate customers under the T-Systems umbrella. Patrick Molck-Ude - hitherto Telekom Deutschland - will head up the newly created TC unit, Ferri Abolhassan will take over the IT business, while Anette Bronder, previously Director Group Technology Enterprise Solutions at Vodafone, will join T-Systems as Director of the new Digital Division.

Deutsche Telekom Names Dirk Woessner as President of Its Consumer Business Unit, Effective April 6, 2015

Rogers has named Deutsche Telekom exec Dirk Woessner as president of its Consumer Business Unit, effective April 6, 2015. As president of the Consumer Business Unit, Woessner will be responsible for delivering Rogers' consumer business strategy, including product development, sales channel operations, pricing and customer base management. Woessner will succeed Rob Bruce, who last May announced plans to leave Rogers after more than a decade with the company, and will be a member of the executive team reporting to CEO Guy Laurence.
