DH Corporation, a financial technology company, provides lending, payments, and enterprise solutions to banks, specialty lenders, community banks, credit unions, and governments worldwide. The company offers collateral management solutions, which offer recovery and lien registration services and insolvency management solutions; Canadian mortgage lending platform, a SaaS-based origination solution that provides a standardized application process for brokers and lenders; and student loans administration services, including student enrollment, management of funds disbursement, loan tracking, student support services, reporting, and collections. It also provides personal and business cheques, as well as enhancement services, such as chequing-related program that offers subscribers with a suite of services related to identity protection and restoration; and credit card account program, which provides consumers with a range of credit monitoring services. In addition, the company offers mortgage lending solution that allow lenders to obtain qualified applications from multiple point-of-sale channels; consumer lending solutions to automate the consumer lending process comprising applications acceptance from multiple channels, automating the loan origination process, and providing the capabilities to automate the loan approval process; and commercial lending solutions to manage the end-to-end commercial lending process consisting of origination, analysis, underwriting, covenant tracking, and portfolio reporting. Further, it provides banking platforms for real-time transaction processing and account servicing; channel solutions, including branch automation tools, and debit/credit card processing and production, and account-to-account transfer solutions; and optimization solutions. The company was formerly known as Davis + Henderson Corporation and changed its name to DH Corporation in May 2014. DH Corporation was founded in 1875 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

DH Corporation announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of CAD 0.32 per common share payable on September 30, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 16, 2015. The company reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2015. For the quarter, the company’s revenues increased 30% to CAD 372.4 million from CAD 286.0 million in the same quarter in 2014. Adjusted revenues totaled CAD 375.2 million, an increase of CAD 83.0 million, or 28%, over the same quarter in 2014. Adjusted EBITDA increased 18% to CAD 110.2 million (29% margin) from CAD 93.0 million (32% margin) compared to the same quarter in 2014. Net income decreased to CAD 6.0 million or CAD 0.06 per share, basic and diluted, from CAD 29.9 million or CAD 0.37 per share, basic and diluted in the same quarter in 2014 due to acquisition related costs (CAD 19.2 million in the quarter compared to CAD 1.8 million in the same quarter in 2014), increased amortization of intangible assets from the acquisition (CAD 44.7 million in the quarter compared to CAD 28.3 million in the same quarter in 2014), and increased interest expense from issuance of additional loans and convertible debentures to finance the Fundtech acquisition. Adjusted net income, which removes acquisition related costs and certain other non-cash amounts including amortization of intangibles, increased by 16% to CAD 59.6 million from CAD 51.5 million in the same quarter in 2014. Adjusted net income per share of CAD 0.60 compares to CAD 0.64 in the same quarter in 2014. For the six months, the company’s revenues were CAD 667.4 million compared to CAD 552.2 million a year ago. Adjusted revenue was CAD 671.7 million compared to CAD 567.9 million a year ago. EBITDA was CAD 180.3 million compared to CAD 156.8 million a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was CAD 197.1 million compared to CAD 171.7 million a year ago. Net income was CAD 40 million or CAD 0.43 per basic and diluted share compared to CAD 41.9 million or CAD 0.52 per basic and diluted share a year ago. Adjusted net income was CAD 107 million or CAD 1.15 per share compared to CAD 90.3 million or CAD 1.12 per share a year ago. The company expects the fourth quarter will now be strongest quarter. The fourth quarter is typically when banks conclude contracts for the year and when many renewals of contracts are executed. For the year 2015, the company margin is to be in line with the prior year and long-term strategic financial objectives. For the remainder of the year, the company's expect tax rate to be in the very low teens. The company continue to generate operating cash flow from operations throughout the year.
