Additionally, the company engages in the design and construction of buildings and civil engineering infrastructure, hydraulic works, foundations, and soil treatment facilities, as well as foundations and ground technologies, structures, nuclear, and oil and gas infrastructure activities. It also provides property development services. VINCI S.A. was founded in 1899 and is headquartered in Rueil-Malmaison, France.

Vinci reported audited consolidated and parent earnings results for the full year and consolidated revenue results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2014. For the year, on consolidated basis, net income attributable to owners of the parent to €2,486 million against €1,962 million a year ago. Earnings per share were €4.43 against €3.54 a year ago. Total revenue was €39,043 million against €40,740 million a year ago. Operating income from ordinary activities was €3,642 million against €3,670 million a year ago. Operating income was €4,243 million against €3,767 million a year ago. Cash flows from operating activities were €3,633 million against €3,648 million a year ago. Free cash flow was €2,197 million against €2,180 million a year ago. Net financial debt was €13,281 million as at December 31, 2014 against €14,104 million as at December 31, 2013. EBITDA was €5,561 million against €5,596 million a year ago. For the fourth quarter, on consolidated basis, the company reported total revenue of €10,270 million against €10,802 million a year ago. The parent company reported net income of €2,792 million in 2014. For 2015, the company forecasts a slight decrease of consolidated revenue in 2015. Overall, net income attributable to owners of the parent, excluding non-recurring items, could be similar to that achieved in 2014.
