The company also offers packaged and unpackaged grains, including millet, soy bean, green bean, black rice, wheat, etc.; simple processed grain products packaged under Deyu and Shitie trademarks; bean based products under the Huichun brand name, including vegetarian products and instant noodles made from soybeans, black beans, and green beans; and fruit vinegars and juices under the Longquan Villa brand. In addition, it is also involved in the procurement, trading, and wholesale of rice, flour, wheat, kidney beans, green beans, and other agricultural products. The company serves livestock feed companies, food manufacturers, corn oil/corn starch manufacturing companies, grain trading companies, wholesalers, distributors, institutional clients, governmental procurement agencies, and retail stores. Deyu Agriculture Corp. is based in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China.

Deyu Agriculture Corp Announces Executive Changes

Effective June 29, 2015, the Board of Directors of Deyu Agriculture Corp. accepted the resignation of Wang Hong as Chief Executive Officer, President and a member of the board of the company. The company has appointed Yunlin Ding as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company, and a member of the board, commencing on the effective date. Mr. Yunlin Ding currently serves as Vice President of the Company, a position he has held since February 3, 2012. Mr. Ding previously served as Vice President of Detian Yu from July 2009 until February 2012. Mr. Ding also served as vice general manager of the investment department of BeidaQingniao Group, a company organized under the laws of China and the holding company for three companies listed in China and two companies listed in Hong Kong, from February 2002 to July 2009.

Deyu Agriculture Corp. Announces Management Changes

The Board of Directors of Deyu Agriculture Corp. accepted the amicable resignations of each of Timothy Stevens from his position as a member of the Board and as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the company and Al Carmona from his position as a member of the Board and as a member of the Audit Committee of the company, effective May 1, 2015 and April 30, 2015, respectively. As of May 1, 2015, the Board appointed each of Mr. Wande Zhang and Ms. Dinge Wang to serve in the directorship positions created by the resignations of Messrs. Stevens and Carmona, until the next annual meeting of the company or until each of their successor is duly elected and qualified. In addition to serving as members of the Board, each of Mr. Wande Zhang and Ms. Wang were appointed to serve as members of each of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Compensation Committee of the Board. Since August 1987, Mr. Zhang, age 83, has served as the minister of Shanxi Yuchi Agriculture and Industry Ministry, the head of Shanxi Yuchi Agriculture Committee until his retirement in 1993. Since August 1985, Ms. Wang, age 65, has served as an officer with Shanxi Yuchi Land Bureau until her retirement in October 2005.
