Debao Property Development Ltd. reported unaudited actual consolidated and proforma consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2015. For the quarter, on actual consolidated basis, the company reported revenue of RMB 28,524,000 compared to revenue of RMB 17,613,000 for the same period a year ago. Loss before income tax was RMB 35,625,000 compared to RMB 34,731,000 last year. Net loss was RMB 36,301,000 compared to RMB 32,776,000 last year. Loss attributable to equity holders of the company was RMB 28,509,000 or 2.53 fens per basic share compared to RMB 30,792,000 or 2.74 fens per basic share last year. Net cash used in operating activities was RMB 5,126,000 compared to RMB 37,217,000 last year. Addition in investment property was RMB 5,526,000 against RMB 12,340,000 a year ago. The increase in revenue was mainly attributed to an increase in revenue contribution from property development sales and property rental income. For the first half, on actual consolidated basis, the company reported revenue of RMB 39,458,000 compared to RMB 78,928,000 for the same period a year ago. Loss before income tax was RMB 79,114,000 compared to RMB 37,508,000 last year. Net loss was RMB 80,110,000 compared to RMB 42,584,000 last year. Loss attributable to equity holders of the company was RMB 63,744,000 or 5.67 fens per basic share compared to RMB 36,604,000 or 3.25 fens per basic share last year. Loss before income tax was RMB 35,475,000 compared to RMB 34,521,000 last year. Net loss was RMB 36,188,000 compared to RMB 32,655,000 last year. Loss attributable to equity holders of the company was RMB 28,396,000 or 2.52 fens per basic share compared to RMB 30,671,000 or 2.73 fens per basic share last year.
