Cosan Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in sugar and ethanol, fuel, logistics services, lubricants, and piped natural gas businesses primarily in Brazil, rest of South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. The company’s Raízen Energia segment produces and markets various products derived from sugar cane, including raw sugar, and anhydrous and hydrated ethanol. This segment is also involved in activities related to energy cogeneration from sugarcane bagasse; and holds interests in companies involved in research and development on new technology. Its Raízen Combustíveis segment distributes and markets fuels, primarily through a franchised network of service stations under the Shell and Esso brands in Brazil. The company’s COMGÁS segment distributes piped natural gas to customers in the industrial, residential, commercial, automotive, thermogeneration, and cogeneration sectors in part of the State of Sao Paulo. Its Cosan Log segment provides logistics services for transport, storage, and port loading of commodities, primarily for sugar products. The company’s Radar segment is involved in buying, managing, selling, and leasing agricultural land. Its Lubricants segment produces and distributes lubricants under the Mobil and Comma brands. Cosan Limited operates a network of approximately 5,356 Shell service stations and 944 convenience stores. The company was incorporated in 2007 and is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Cosan Limited announced that, in board of directors meeting held on May 26, 2015, it was approved the distribution of the total amount of dividends to be received from Cosan S.A. Ind stria e Com rcio and Cosan Log stica S.A., in accordance with the following terms: Holders of class A and/or B shares: shareholders will receive payment of dividends relative to the 2014 fiscal year ended on December 31, 2014, in the total amount of USD 29,648,408.93, corresponding to USD 0.11201145 per class A and/or B shares. The dividends declaration date is May 26, 2015, the dividends record date will be June 5, 2015, and CZZ shares will trade 'ex' as of June 03, 2015. The dividends payment date will be on June 10, 2015. Holders of Brazilian Depositary Receipts (BDR): The estimated value of Dividends to be paid to holders of Brazilian Depositary Receipts (BDR) in Brazilian Reais is BRL 0.35109988 per BDR, corresponding to USD 0.11201145 converted in Brazilian Reais with the PTAX of May 26, 2015. The final value in Brazilian Reais will be released after the closing of PTAX on June 10, 2015, the dividends Record Date for the BDR's holders will be June 01, 2015, and the BDR's will trade "ex" as of June 02, 2015.
