The Commercial Online Printing segment provides online printing services for flyers, posters, brochures, business cards, etc. through its online printing portals, such as cewe-print.de, saxoprint.co.uk, and viaprinto.de. The Retail segment distributes photographic hardware, such as cameras, lenses, tripods, etc. through Internet and retail stores. This segment operates approximately 160 retail stores in Norway, Sweden, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in Oldenburg, Germany.

CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA Reports Earnings Results for the First Quarter of 2015; Provides Earnings Guidance for the Fiscal Year 2015

CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA reported earnings results for the first quarter of 2015. The company reported increased its turnover and its earnings over those of the same period of the previous year in the first quarter, traditionally a loss generating quarter for the company, turnover improved by 3.7 % to EUR 106.8 million, EBITDA by EUR 1.0 million to EUR 4.8 million, and EBIT by EUR 0.7 million to LBIT of EUR 3.5 million. This already includes around EUR 1.0 million in extraordinary expenses for closing a call center unit in Dresden and for restructuring the retail business in Poland. Loss after tax increased from EUR 4.2 million in the same quarter of the previous year to EUR 3.6 million. In 2015, the group turnover for all the business segments is to reach a figure in the range of EUR 515 million to EUR 535 million against EUR 523.8 million. The operating results are to exceed the 2014 results: EBIT is to be in a corridor of EUR 32 million to 38 million in 2015 against EUR 32.6 million, EBT is to be in the range of EUR 30 million to EUR 36 million against EUR 31.5 million, and after tax earnings between EUR 20 million and EUR 24 million against EUR 21.4 million.

CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA provided earnings guidance for the full year of fiscal year 2015. For the year, the company expects turnover in between range of EUR 515 million to EUR 535 million, EBIT in range of EUR 32 million to EUR 38 million, EBT in range of EUR 30 million to EUR 36 million, earnings after tax in the range of EUR 20 million to EUR 24 million and earnings per share undiluted in the range of EUR 2.87 to EUR 3.45.
