China Recycling Energy Corporation engages in the recycling energy business in China. It designs, finances, constructs, operates, and transfers waste energy recycling projects to mid- to large-size enterprises involved in high energy-consuming businesses. The company offers waste pressure to energy systems, including the blast furnace top gas recovery turbine unit, a system that utilizes high pressure gas emitted from the blast furnace top to drive turbine units and generates electricity; and waste heat-to-energy solutions, such as heat power generation projects for applications in cement, steel, coking coal, and nonferrous metal industries, which collect the residual heat from various manufacturing processes. It also provides waste gas-to-energy solution comprising the waste gas power generation system (WGPG) that utilizes flammable waste gas from coal mining, petroleum exploitation, refinery processing, or other sources as a fuel source to generate electricity; and the combined cycle power plant (CCPP), which employs power generating cycle to utilize the waste gas that generates electricity by burning the flammable waste gas in a gas turbine, as well as uses the waste heat from burning the gas and waste heat to make steam to generate additional electricity through a steam turbine. In addition, the company offers biomass power generation systems (BMPG); and waste heat power generation (WHPG) systems. It has five recycling WHPG systems, four BMPG systems, one WHPG system, two BPRT systems, and one WGPG system. The company was formerly known as China Digital Wireless, Inc. and changed its name to China Recycling Energy Corporation in March 2007. China Recycling Energy Corporation was incorporated in 1980 and is headquartered in Xi’an City, China.

China Recycling Energy Receives NASDAQ Notice Of Bid Price Deficiency

China Recycling Energy Corp. announced that it received notice from Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Department indicating that the closing bid price of the Company's common stock was below the minimum requirement of $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days and the Company was therefore not in compliance with NASDAQ listing rule 5450(a)(1). Pursuant to listing rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company has 180 calendar days, or until December 16, 2015, to regain compliance with the minimum bid price rule. If, at any time during the 180-day period the closing bid price per share of the Company's common stock is $1.00 or above for a minimum of ten consecutive business days, the Nasdaq staff will provide written confirmation of compliance and this matter will be closed. The Company is currently looking into various options available with respect to regaining such compliance. The notification letter has no effect at this time on the listing of the Company's common stock on The NASDAQ Global Market. China Recycling Energy Corporation reported unaudited earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported interest income on sales-type leases increased 3.0% to USD 6.49 million from USD 6.31 million for the first quarter of 2014. Total revenues, including sales of systems, contingent rental income and interest income on sales-type leases, increased 2.8% to USD 6.67 million from USD 6.48 million for the first quarter of 2014. Net income was USD 4.14 million, up 32.4% from USD 3.12 million for the first quarter of 2014. Basic and fully diluted earnings per share (EPS) were USD 0.05, in line with the first quarter of 2014.

China Recycling Energy Corp. announced that Mr. David Chong has resigned as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, effective May 16, 2015. The company's Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Jackie Shi, the company's Vice President in charge of finance, as the new CFO and Secretary, effective May 16, 2015. Mr. Chong will continue to advise the company as a consultant for Investor Relations, Public Relations and Overseas Fund Raising. Mr. Shi has been serving as the Assistant CFO & Vice President in charge of finance for the company since January 2015. Before that, he worked as the Director of Investor Relations for Xilan Natural Gas Group from 2005 to 2014.
