CNO Financial Group, Inc., through its subsidiaries, develops, markets, and administers health insurance, annuity, individual life insurance, and other insurance products for senior and middle-income markets in the United States. Its Bankers Life segment markets and distributes Medicare supplement insurance, interest sensitive and traditional life insurance, fixed annuities, and long term care insurance products; Medicare advantage plans primarily through distribution arrangements with Humana, Inc. and United HealthCare; and Medicare Part D prescription drug plans through a distribution and reinsurance arrangement with Coventry Health Care. The company’s Washington National segment markets and distributes supplemental health insurance, including specified disease, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance products; and life insurance at home and the worksite through independent marketing organizations and insurance agencies. Its Colonial Penn segment primarily markets graded benefit and simplified issue life insurance products directly to customers through television advertising, direct mail, Internet, and telemarketing, as well as offers certain closed blocks of annuities and Medicare supplement policies. The company sells its products through career agents, independent producers, and direct marketing. CNO Financial Group, Inc. was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Carmel, Indiana.

CNO Financial Group, Inc. Announces Executive Changes

CNO Financial Group, Inc. announced that John Kline, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, and Erik Helding, Senior Vice President, Treasury and Investor Relations, have been appointed to oversee the financial operations of the company on an interim basis until a successor to Chief Financial Officer Frederick J. Crawford is named. Mr. Crawford has resigned, effective immediately, to accept another employment opportunity. Messrs. Kline and Helding will report directly to Ed Bonach, Chief Executive Officer of CNO, and will also continue to perform their current duties during the interim period. Mr. Kline has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since 2002 and previously served in several other accounting and finance capacities since joining the company in 1990. Mr. Helding has served as Senior Vice President, Treasury and Investor Relations, since 2012 and previously served in several finance capacities since joining the company in 2004.

CNO Financial Group, Inc. announced that its board of directors has approved a 17% increase in its quarterly dividend. The board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on the company's common shares, payable June 24, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 10, 2015.
