The company’s data centers are located in Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay and northern Virginia areas, Chicago, Boston, New York City, and Miami. CoreSite Realty Corporation serves telecommunications carriers, content and media entertainment providers, cloud providers, enterprise customers, financial and educational institutions, and government agencies. As of December 31, 2011, its property portfolio included 12 operating data center facilities and 1 development site. The company is qualified as a real estate investment trust (REIT) under the Internal Revenue Code. As a REIT, it would not be subject to federal income taxes, if it distributes at least 90% of its REIT taxable income to its stockholders. The company was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado.

The second-quarter common stock dividend will be paid on July 15, 2015, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2015. CoreSite’s Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend of $0.4531 per share of Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. CMC Networks Enhances Point of Presence in CoreSite New York Campus

CoreSite Realty Corporation announced that CMC Networks has extended the reach of its network into the U.S. through deploying in CoreSite’s New York campus. The deployment was completed in 2014. CMC’s presence in CoreSite’s New York campus is the only U.S. deployment for CMC and provides a seamless, direct interconnection point to CMC’s 104 global PoPs throughout Africa and the Middle East. CoreSite’s New York campus includes two data center facilities – NY1, comprised of over 48,000 square feet of data center space in the heart of Manhattan, and NY2 with over 236,000 square feet of data center space in Secaucus, NJ. CoreSite Realty Corporation reported consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported total operating revenue of $74,757,000 compared to $63,731,000 a year ago. Operating income was $13,336,000 compared to $9,309,000 a year ago. Income before income taxes of $12,109,000 compared to $8,138,000 a year ago. Net income was $12,060,000 compared to $8,118,000 a year ago. Net income attributable to the company was $6,652,000 compared to $4,817,000 a year ago. Net income attributable to the common shares was $4,568,000 compared to $2,733,000 a year ago. Basic and diluted net income per share was $0.21 compared to $0.13 a year ago. FFO was $32,277,000 compared to $24,954,000 a year ago. FFO available to common shareholders and OP unit holders was $30,193,000 compared to $22,870,000 a year ago. FFO per common share and OP unit – diluted was $0.64 compared to $0.49 a year ago. EBITDA was $36,188,000 compared to $27,191,000 a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was $37,951,000 compared to $30,059,000 a year ago. AFFO available to common shareholders and op unit holders of $25,154,000 compared to $19,356,000 a year ago. The company provided earnings guidance for the full year of 2015. For the period, the company maintains its 2015 guidance of FFO per diluted share and unit in the range of $2.55 to $2.65. In addition, the company is maintaining its 2015 guidance for net income attributable to common shares in the range of $0.75 to $0.85 per diluted share, with the difference between FFO and net income being real estate depreciation and amortization. The company is increasing its guidance for 2015 total capital expenditures by $30 million to a range of $115 million to $145 million to primarily reflect the development of the powered shell build-to-suit data center on its Santa Clara campus.
