It operates through three segments: Design, Produce, and Deploy. The Design segment provides creative, data and analysis, and campaign management services. The Produce segment offers direct mail, invoices, statements, and chequebooks, as well as postal sortation services. The Deploy segment provides print sourcing and managed services. Its services provide brand deployment support through the management of third party supply chains for the sourcing and distribution of in-store marketing. The company serves financial services sector, UK banks, building societies, telecoms and media groups, utilities, consumer goods distributors, retailers and supermarkets, government departments, and charities. Communisis plc was incorporated in 1994 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom.

Communisis plc Announces Consolidated Earnings Results for the Year Ended December 31, 2014; Proposes Final Dividend for the Year 2014 Payable on May 15, 2015; Provides Earnings Guidance for the Year 2015

Communisis plc announced consolidated earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2014. For the year, turnover of the company increased 27% to £343.0 million from £270.1 million reported last year. Adjusted operating profit increased 21% to £16.0 million from £13.3 million reported last year. Profit from operations before exceptional items was £15.0 million against £12.5 million reported last year. Loss from operations after exceptional items was £9.7 million against profit from operations after exceptional items of £9.0 million reported last year. Loss before tax was £13.2 million against profit before tax of £6.3 million reported last year. Loss after tax attributable to equity holders of the parent was £15.1 million or 7.45 pence per diluted share against profit after tax attributable to equity holders of the parent of £4.9 million or 2.58 pence per diluted share reported last year. Adjusted fully diluted per share was 4.62 pence against 4.19 pence reported last year. Net operating cash flow was £17.2 million against £2.7 million reported last year. Net capital expenditure was £11.2 million against £8.3 million reported last year. Net debt at the end of the year was £35.9 million against £25.7 million reported a year ago. Communisis plc proposed final dividend of 1.33 pence per share for the year ended December 31, 2014 brings the total dividend for the year to 2.0 pence per share, an increase of 11% over 2013, reflecting both the strong operating performance in 2014 and the Board's confidence in the future of the business. The dividend will be payable on 15 May 2015 to shareholders on the register at 17 April 2015. The company expected another year of profitable growth in 2015.
