Lomiko Increases La Loutre Interest to 80% and Options 80% of Lac Des Iles West Located Adjacent to Imerys Carbon & Graphite Mine from Canada Strategic Metals, Inc

Lomiko Metals Inc. and Canada Strategic Metals Inc. confirmed Lomiko's acquisition of a 40% interest in the La Loutre Property and announced a new option agreement between the two companies following a successful drilling campaign on the La Loutre Property. Canada Strategic has recently sought to divest itself of graphite assets and an opportunity to acquire the Lac Des Illes Property arose for Lomiko. As such, Lomiko and Strategic Metals have agreed on the terms of an additional option pursuant to which Lomiko shall have the exclusive right and option to acquire an additional 40% undivided interest in the La Loutre Property and an 80% undivided interest in the Lac des Îles Property in exchange for a payment of $10,000, the issuance of 3 million common shares of Lomiko and the funding of $2.75 million in exploration expenditures over a 2 year period. As for the La Loutre Property, Lomiko had optioned the property from Canada Strategic in September 2014 to explore for high grade, crystalline flake graphite deposits that were near surface and for graphite flakes with high carbon purity. Lomiko is especially interested in 6 drill hole intercepts that met or exceeded the criteria jointly established by Canada Strategic and Lomiko. Further, these intercepts indicate the possibility of significant tonnage of high grade graphite near the surface.

Canada Strategic Metals, Inc. Acquires New Property Near the Discovery of Polymetallic Boulders by Visible Gold Mines

Canada Strategic Metals Inc. announced the acquisition, by map designation, of a new property for its gold-bearing potential. The new 2,114-hectare property is 100% owned by Canada Strategic Metals and is located about 5 kilo meters northwest of the '167 extension property', where Visible Gold Mines recently discovered several boulders containing gold, silver, copper and zinc mineralization. The property was acquired by map designation following a compilation of all the information available from the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and an assessment of the glacial train aimed at identifying the potential in-situ source of the boulders identified by Visible Gold Mines. The compilation also indicated that the property covers a strong SW-NE magnetic anomaly crossed by a NW-SE major structure. The junction of these two structures is located right in the middle of the newly-acquired property, named the 'NEW GOLD' project. The company plans to do further compilation work on the project and set a work program for the summer of 2015.
