For the quarter, the company reported rental revenue of CAD 175,246,000 compared to CAD 164,852,000 a year ago. Net operating income was CAD 123,175,000 compared to CAD 114,108,000 a year ago. Net income was CAD 87,017,000 compared to net loss of CAD 6,478,000 a year ago. Funds from operations were CAD 90,685,000 compared to CAD 82,764,000 a year ago. Property capital expenditures - incurred was CAD 11,247,000 compared to CAD 7,769,000 a year ago. Property and leasing capital expenditures - normalized was CAD 3,670,000 compared to negative of CAD 1,877,000 a year ago.
