The company also invests in securities, which primarily include the United States Government Agency securities and mortgage-backed securities. As of April 30, 2015, it had 12 full-service offices in Hamilton County, Ohio. Cheviot Financial Corp. was founded in 1911 and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Net earnings were $1,000 compared to $815,000 a year ago. Earnings per share - basic and diluted were $0.10 compared to $0.12 a year ago. Return on average assets was 0.00% compared to 0.56% a year ago. Return on average equity was 0.00% compared to 3.56% a year ago. Tangible book value per common share was $12.77 compared to $12.05 a year ago.
