Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. manufactures and distributes light duty vehicle catalysts and heavy duty diesel emissions control systems and products to automakers, distributors, integrators, and retrofitters in the United States, Canada, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. It operates through two divisions, Catalyst and Heavy Duty Diesel Systems. The Catalyst division develops and produces catalysts to reduce emissions from gasoline, diesel, and natural gas combustion engines. This division’s products include catalysts for gasoline and diesel engines, as well as for energy applications. The Heavy Duty Diesel Systems division designs and manufactures verified exhaust emissions control solutions. This division’s products comprise diesel particulate filters, diesel oxidation catalysts, closed crankcase ventilation systems, alternative fuel products, and other components. This division markets its regenerating diesel particulate filters under the Purifilter, Combifilter, Purifier, Actifilter, Cattrap, and DuraFit brand names. The company markets and sells its products through a network of dealers and distributors, as well as directly to original equipment manufacturers. Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Oxnard, California.

Clean Diesel Technologies Inc. Signs National Distribution Agreement for DuraFit

Clean Diesel Technologies Inc. announced it has signed an agreement with a national private label for distribution of CDTi's DuraFit diesel particulate filters (DPFs). Under the agreement, DuraFit DPFs will be distributed into the heavy and medium duty vehicle aftermarket for a period of up to 3 years. First shipments to the national private label distributor, whose name is being withheld in accordance with the agreement, are expected to begin in the second quarter of 2015.

Clean Diesel Technologies Inc. Announces Unaudited Consolidated Earnings Results for the First Quarter Ended March 31, 2015; Reaffirms Earnings Guidance for the Year 2015

Clean Diesel Technologies Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported revenues of $10.3 million compared to $11.6 million a year ago. Loss from continuing operations was $2.7 million compared to $1.5 million a year ago. Loss from continuing operations before income tax was $2.9 million compared to $3.6 million a year ago. Net loss from continuing operations was $3.0 million compared to $3.8 million a year ago. Net loss was $3.0 million compared to $3.8 million a year ago. Basic and diluted loss per share was $0.21 compared to $0.39 a year ago. First quarter 2015 revenue declined 10.7% year-over-year due to the wind-down of the California diesel retrofit mandate, but increased 19.3% on a sequential basis. The company is reaffirming outlook for 2015. For the year, the company expects revenue of between $40 million and $45 million, as compared to $41.2 million in 2014, and of that DuraFit is expected to contribute $5.0 million. The company expects a gross margin of between 25% and 28%, approaching the 30% achieved in 2014.

Clean Diesel Technologies Inc. to Supply DuraFit to the New York City Department of Sanitation through Mondial Automotive

Clean Diesel Technologies Inc. will be a supplier of DuraFit™, its new line of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement diesel particulate filters (DPFs), to the New York City Department of Sanitation (DSNY) fleet. Mondial Automotive, a regional distributor for CDTi, will supply DuraFit products to the DSNY fleet.
