CNB Financial Corporation operates as the bank holding company for CNB Bank that provides various banking products and services for individual, business, governmental, and institutional customers. Its principal products and services comprise checking, savings, and time deposit accounts; and real estate, commercial, industrial, residential, and consumer loans. CNB Financial Corporation also offers various other specialized financial services; and trust and asset management services, including the administration of trusts and estates, retirement plans, and other employee benefit plans, as well as a range of wealth management services. In addition, the company, through its other subsidiaries, maintains investments in debt and equity securities; provides credit life and disability insurance products; sells nonproprietary annuities and other insurance products; and offers small balance unsecured loans and secured loans that are primarily collateralized by automobiles and equipment. As of July 20, 2015, the company operated 29 full-service offices in Pennsylvania; 9 full-service offices in central Ohio; and loan production offices in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, as well as in Ashtabula, Ohio. CNB Financial Corporation was founded in 1934 and is headquartered in Clearfield, Pennsylvania.

CNB Financial Corporation announced unaudited earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2015. Net income of $5.6 million, or $0.39 per diluted share, in both the second quarter of 2015 and the second quarter of 2014. Returns on average assets and equity of 1.00% and 11.48%, respectively, for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015, compared to 1.04% and 12.58%, respectively, for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014. Interest income was $21,306,000 compared to $21,418,000 a year ago. Net interest income was $18,151,000 compared to $18,443,000 a year ago. Income before income taxes was $7,685,000 compared to $7,848,000 a year ago. For the six months ended June 30, 2015, net income was $11.2 million, or $0.78 per diluted share, compared to net income of $10.8 million, or $0.75 per diluted share, for the six months ended June 30, 2014. Annualized returns on average assets and equity of 1.01% and 11.47%, respectively, for the six months ended June 30, 2015, compared to 1.01% and 12.28%, respectively, for the six months ended June 30, 2014. Tangible book value per share of $11.29 per share as of June 30, 2015, an increase of 11.1% over tangible book value per share of $10.16 at June 30, 2014. Book value per share was $13.38 per share as of June 30, 2015, compared to $13.09 at June 30, 2014. Interest income was $42,947,000 compared to $42,855,000 a year ago. Net interest income was $36,741,000 compared to $36,723,000 a year ago. Income before income taxes was $15,336,000 compared to $15,053,000 a year ago. Net loan charge-offs for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015 were $676,000 compared to $760,000 a year ago.
