Coca-Cola Amatil Limited, together with its subsidiaries, manufactures, distributes, and markets non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages primarily in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea. The company provides carbonated soft drinks, spring waters, sports and energy drinks, fruit juices, iced tea, flavored milk, coffee, tea, and other alcohol free beverages. It is also involved in the manufacture and distribution of spirits and beers; and processing and marketing of fruits, vegetable snacks, and other food products. The company offers its products under Coca-Cola, diet Coke, Coke Zero, Fanta, Sprite, Powerade, Glacéau, and Pump, as well as other trademark beverages of The Coca-Cola Company; and beverages under the Mount Franklin, Deep Spring, and Kirks brand names. In addition, it sells and distributes spirits under the Jim Beam, Canadian Club, Makers Mark, The Macallan, and The Famous Grouse names; and beers under the Yenda, Samuel Adams, Fiji Bitter, and Vonu brand names. The company was formerly known as Amatil Limited and changed its name to Coca-Cola Amatil Limited in 1989. Coca-Cola Amatil Limited was founded in 1904 and is based in North Sydney, Australia.

Coca-Cola Amatil Limited announced consolidated earnings results for the six months ended July 3, 2015. For the period, the company has reported revenue; excluding finance income was AUD 2,482.2 million against AUD 2,365.5 million a year ago. Trading revenue was AUD 2,449.7 million against AUD 2,336.2 million a year ago. Earnings before interest and tax were AUD 316.9 million against AUD 316.7 million a year ago. Profit before income tax was AUD 266.1 million against AUD 256.2 million a year ago. Profit after income tax attributable to members of the company was AUD 183.9 million or 24.1 cents per basic and diluted share against AUD 182.3 million or 23.9 cents per basic and diluted share a year ago. Net cash flows from operating activities were AUD 161.2 million against AUD 256.6 million a year ago. Payments for additions of property, plant and equipment were AUD 85.7 million against AUD 124.5 million a year ago. Payments for additions of software development assets were AUD 5.9 million against AUD 6.5 million a year ago. The company has recorded a flat first half profit as earnings from its core Australian business fell, and the Indonesian market did not do as well as expected. Net debt as on July 3, 2015 was AUD 1,314.6 million against as on June 30, 2015 AUD 1,885.8 million. The company reported capital investment is expected to be around AUD 300 million in 2015, which is in line with depreciation.
