Effective as of July 29, 2015, the Board of Directors of Car Charging Group, Inc. approved the appointment of Michael J. Calise to serve as Chief Executive Officer. Calise was previously the Head of North America Electric Vehicle Solutions at Schneider Electric. Effective as of July 29, 2015, Michael D. Farkas stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and was appointed Chief Visionary Officer and will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board. Car Charging Partners with Honeywell International to Provide Employees with Workplace Electric Vehicle Charging Services

Car Charging Group, Inc. announced that it has executed an agreement with Honeywell International for the operation and maintenance of Blink EV charging stations. Car Charging now owns and operates three Level 2 Blink EV chargers located at Honeywell offices in Phoenix, Arizona. Blink EV chargers, which are available to Honeywell employees, are a demonstration of the company's commitment to corporate citizenship, which includes protection of the environment everywhere it operates, as well as its Sustainable Opportunity policy, which integrates health, safety, and environmental considerations into all aspects of its business. Blink EV charging stations also contribute to Honeywell Aerospace's goal of expanding the sustainable capacity of its world and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Car Charging Group, Inc. announced earnings and operating results for the third quarter ended September 2014. For the quarter, total revenue increased by 1,044% to $1,019,986 for the third quarter of 2014 as compared to $89,166 in the same period of the prior year. Revenue for EV charging services rose by 913% to $414,157 in the third quarter of 2014, compared to $40,863 for third quarter of 2013. Net loss per common share decreased 42% to $0.11 from $0.19 in the third quarter of 2014. For the quarter, the company increased monthly kilowatt-hour (kWh) charging output by 695% to 1,017,153 at the end of the third quarter 2014 from 127,898 at the end of the comparable period in 2013.
