Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. Announces Retirement of William W. Douglas III as Executive Vice President, Supply Chain, Effective as of April 1, 2015

Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. announced that William W. Douglas III, Executive Vice President, Supply Chain, has notified the company of his plans to retire from the company after a 30-year career in the Coca-Cola system. Mr. Douglas will resign his current position effective as of April 1, 2015, at which time Ronald J. Lewis, currently Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer for The Coca-Cola Company, will assume the leadership of supply chain function. Mr. Douglas will remain with the company until later 2015 to assist with the transition of his responsibilities, and he will continue to serve as Executive Vice President and a member of the company's executive leadership team during that time.

Coca-Cola Enterprises Announces Executive Changes

Coca-Cola Enterprises announced that Bill Douglas, Executive Vice President, Supply Chain, will be retiring later in 2015. CCE also announced that Ronald J. Lewis will re-join the company as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, effective April 1, 2015. Mr. Lewis currently serves as Vice President, Procurement and Chief Procurement Officer for The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to this role, Ron held several roles for CCE in North America, including as Vice President of the company's North American Supply Chain. In his new role, Ron will report to Mr. Brock and will serve on the company's Executive Leadership Team. Mr. Lewis, 48, has also served as President and CEO of Coca-Cola Bottlers' Sales and Services Company LLC, and has held several supply chain, procurement, and trading and risk management roles with Mars and Cargill.

Coca-Cola Enterprises Affirms Earnings Guidance for Full-Year 2015

Coca-Cola Enterprises affirmed 2015 full-year guidance, including earnings per diluted share growth of approximately 6% to 8%, with slightly positive net sales and operating income growth. This guidance is comparable and currency neutral.
