For the half year, the company announced net interest income of AUD 7,908 million, total operating income of AUD 11,721 million, net profit before tax of AUD 6,224 million, net profit after tax of AUD 4,514 million. loss per share was 276.7 cents, return on equity was 17.8%, return on assets was 1.1%. For the full year, the company reported net interest income of AUD 15,799 million, total operating income of AUD 23,368 million, net profit before tax of AUD 12,597 million, net profit after tax of AUD 9,063 million or 560.8 cents per share against net interest income of AUD 15,091 million, total operating income of AUD 22,166 million, net profit before tax of AUD 11,949 million, net profit after tax of AUD 8,631 million or 535.9 cents per share a year ago. ROE- cash was 18.2%, return on assets was 1.1%. Cash flows from operating activities before changes in operating assets and liabilities of AUD 11,841 million, purchases of property, plant and equipment of AUD 578 million, net purchase of intangible assets of AUD 550 million against cash flows from operating activities before changes in operating assets and liabilities of AUD 12,243 million, purchases of property, plant and equipment of AUD 513 million, net purchase of intangible assets of AUD 400 million a year ago.
