Cache Logistics Trust announced that it will pay a distribution of 2.146 cents per unit on 27 February 2015 for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2014 and 8.573 cents for the financial year ended 31 December 2014. The books closure date is 4 February 2015.

Cache Logistics Trust reported unaudited group and trust earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2014. For the quarter, on group basis, the company reported gross revenue of SGD 20,608,000 compared to gross revenue of SGD 20,694,000 for the same period a year ago. Net property income was SGD 19,380,000 compared to SGD 19,574,000 last year. Net income was SGD 13,004,000 or 2.81 cents per share compared to SGD 14,821,000 or 2.75 cents per share last year. Total return before taxation and distribution was SGD 21,970,000 compared to SGD 21,547,000 last year. Total return after taxation before distribution was SGD 21,900,000 compared to SGD 21,349,000 last year. Net cash from operating activities was SGD 17,671,000 compared to SGD 16,433,000 last year. Capital expenditure on investment properties was SGD 925,000. Purchase of plant and equipment was SGD 643,000 compared to SGD 145,000 last year. Capital expenditure on development property was SGD 33,651,000. The decrease in net property income (NPI) is due mainly to the decrease in gross revenue from vacancies and tenant rent free period; higher property maintenance expenses and lease commissions. For the year, on group basis, the company reported gross revenue of SGD 82,852,000 compared to gross revenue of SGD 80,955,000 for the same period a year ago. Net property income was SGD 78,000,000 compared to SGD 76,813,000 last year. Net income was SGD 57,118,000 or 8.45 cents per share compared to SGD 57,435,000 or 8.40 cents per share last year. Total return before taxation and distribution was SGD 66,084,000 compared to SGD 64,161,000 last year. Total return after taxation before distribution was SGD 65,809,000 compared to SGD 63,704,000 last year. Net cash from operating activities was SGD 73,843,000 compared to SGD 72,328,000 last year. Capital expenditure on investment properties was SGD 925,000. Purchase of plant and equipment was SGD 1,456,000 compared to SGD 360,000 last year. Capital expenditure on development property was SGD 61,084,000. NAV per unit was SGD 0.98 as on December 31, 2014 compared to SGD 0.98 per unit last year. The higher gross revenue and NPI for the year ended 31 December 2014 were mainly attributable to the 2014 rental escalation and additional rental income from acquisition of investment property completed in 2013. For the quarter, on trust basis, the company reported gross revenue of SGD 20,305,000 compared to gross revenue of SGD 20,345,000 for the same period a year ago. Net property income was SGD 19,101,000 compared to SGD 19,253,000 last year. Net income was SGD 12,660,000 compared to SGD 14,907,000 last year. Total return before taxation and distribution was SGD 21,573,000 compared to SGD 21,101,000 last year. Total return after taxation before distribution was SGD 21,573,000 compared to SGD 21,101,000 last year. For the year, on trust basis, the company reported gross revenue of SGD 81,677,000 compared to gross revenue of SGD 79,592,000 for the same period a year ago. Net property income was SGD 76,916,000 compared to SGD 75,492,000 last year. Net income was SGD 56,706,000 compared to SGD 56,094,000 last year. Total return before taxation and distribution was SGD 65,619,000 compared to SGD 62,288,000 last year. Total return after taxation before distribution was SGD 65,619,000 compared to SGD 62,288,000 last year. NAV per unit was SGD 0.98 as on December 31, 2014 compared to SGD 0.97 per unit last year.
