Dr. Bell will also serve as a member of the Company's Audit and Management Engagement Committee and Nomination Committee. She is currently a non-executive director of Petroleum Geo-Services ASA, Salamander Energy plc and two listed holding companies of the Fred Olsen Group (Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA).
